Rea Irvin Send your congratulations with this card by Rea Irvin. Each set comes with 10 cards and envelopes.

Rea Irvin (1881 – 1972) was an American cartoonist who served as the first Art Editor of The New Yorker and created the iconic figure of Eustace Tilley, who graced the cover of the first issue and makes occasional appearances to this day. The distinctive typeface of The New Yorker’s logo and headlines was Irvin’s. He also drew a syndicated Sunday page, The Smythes, and contributed to Puck, Judge, and Life.
