MOME 22 Preview: Steven Weissman
Written by Eric Reynolds | Filed under Steven WeissmanMomeChuck Forsman 8 Jun 2011 10:45 AM

My old pal, Stevie Knight a.k.a. "Ribs" Weissman, seemed a bit sheepish when he first suggested contributing a series of Guns 'n' Roses-related strips to MOME 22. I would have liked to think he knew me better than that. I mean, c'mon, Steven, you had me at "Appetite for Delicatessen."

What's particularly odd is that Weissman is one of two MOME regulars who independently decided that Vol. 22 would be the right time to get their Axl Rose on.  More on that later...

Things to See: Barack Hussein Obama at What Things Do
Written by Mike Baehr | Filed under Things to seeSteven Weissman 17 May 2011 1:33 PM

Barack Hussein Obama - Steven Weissman

Barack is back, baby! Steven Weissman's acclaimed webcomic Barack Hussein Obama, which has been appearing here on our website since October 2009, is reprising its run at Jordan Crane's webcomics site What Things Do, completely re-scanned and re-mastered in hi-def! Now's your chance to catch it from the beginning. And of course we continue to run brand new weekly installments right here.

(Why is the strip being re-scanned, you may wonder? Well, let's just say that ol' Barack has some big plans for 2012.)
