Ooh la la! The loveable duo of Fuzz and Pluck are making their French debut this month from our fine colleagues at Éditions Cornélius!

And to celebrate, an exhibition of original artwork is being launched at Librairie Les Super Héros in Paris! Join artist Ted Stearn on Friday, January 25th as he heads to the City of Light for the opening reception and book signing. Ted also reports that 20 original pages will be available for purchase! 

Super Héros is located at 175 Rue Saint-Martin in Paris. The exhibit will be on display through Saturday, February 9th.

There were plenty of exciting announcements at this year's San Diego Comic Con, but one of the most exciting ones for me personally was hearing that our own Ted Stearn was going to be a director on the new series of MTV's Beavis & Butthead!

In fact, he's directed six of the stories in the revived season, which kicked off in late October to rave reviews! As someone who grew up watching the original series, I promise you, these new episodes are every bit as hilarious, dare I say, maybe even more so!

There's still more episodes yet to air on MTV, and you can watch some online here. Or just wait until February 2012 when the new season comes out on DVD! Yay Ted!!!

Convention season is getting into full swing and after Emerald City ComiCon this weekend our next stop is the 2011 MoCCA Fest in New York City, April 9-10. The festival announced the lineup of guests and we've got Peter Bagge, Michael Kupperman, Ted Stearn, Leslie Stein and (pending confirmation) Gahan Wilson hanging out with us at our table, with several other old friends of ours in attendance as well (including but not limited to Peter Kuper, who designed the official festival poster above). We're also pleased that Al Jaffee will be presented the 2011 Klein Award. Stay tuned for more details from us; in the meantime, check out the official festival announcement here.
