Domestic Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are processed within 14 days. Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends and holidays. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours hours for your package to make it from our warehouse to the shipping facility.

International Shipping Policy
All international orders are processed within 14 days. Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends and holidays.
Customer is responsible for all customs and import charges. These charges are not currently displayed at checkout, but an estimate can be found by clicking the flag icon in the lower right corner of the page while browsing the site. This is a general estimate—unfortunately, we cannot provide totally accurate estimates at this time and the actual duty and tax fees incurred may be higher or lower than the provided estimate. Packages returned to Fantagraphics for refusal of these charges will be refunded at our discretion, depending on the condition of the returned item(s).
For international customers placing orders that contain both pre-ordered books and books that are already in stock, your order will be shipped when the last remaining product in your order is ready. For example, if you order three books, one of which is in stock, one of which comes out in March, and one of which comes out in October, all three will be shipped in October. If you would prefer these items to ship as they are ready, please place multiple orders. We also recommend purchasing from your local independent book or comic shop, which will likely save you money on shipping costs.
Due to ongoing industry-wide shipping problems, Fed-Ex shipments to certain countries may be delayed or cost more than usual. You can read more about these changes on Fed-Ex's website.

†All non-USPS carriers may charge a brokerage fee for processing customs forms. In Canada, this fee can be avoided by going to your nearest CBSA office to clear customs yourself, which does involve a fee, but much smaller than the once charged by other carriers. To avoid these fees, use USPS instead.

Returns and Exchanges
Fantagraphics accepts returns for damaged books or orders that contain incorrect items. For a full description of how we process returns, exchanges, and refunds, please visit our Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders
Though we make our best effort to ensure all pre-ordered books arrive within a couple of days of their release, order volume may sometimes result in delays. We provide tracking information for each shipment once your order has been processed and are happy to answer any questions about shipping times not already covered on this page via email at helpme@fantagraphics.com.
Shipping Restrictions
USPS Media Mail is our cheapest shipping option, but unfortunately cannot be used with products that are not books. Because our system does not allow you to mix and match shipping options, if you plan to order a book and another type of product, such as a t-shirt, we recommend placing two separate orders to take advantage of the cheaper shipping option. We are working to add cheaper shipping options for non-book products.
Most of our products ship worldwide. However, due to licensing agreements, we can only ship our Peanuts books to select countries. Please consult product pages for those books to ensure they ship to your country.
We are currently unable to ship any products to Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, or Yemen.
