In the latest installment of the satirically gory and macho graphic novel series, our hero Cannibal F**kFace still isn't dead, so the Prison Boss unleashes the Ho-Bros on him (possibly as a last resort); but first, C.F. must battle the only person who knows how to get out of the Prison Pit.
